Single-Point Contact: We ensure that everything you need for your adventure activity is managed from a single location – HCA’s own office. Be it the trip leader and guide, equipment like backpacks, sleeping bags and tents, hardware and safety gear, cooks and kitchen crew, kitchen equipment, food supplies, transportation from the starting point to the base point and back, plus whatever local support may be required at the desired destination, like local porters and pack animals, local transportation, etc… we manage it all centrally. So you don’t have to run around contacting multiple people for multiple requirements in multiple places. We can also help you with travel arrangements to and from Manali at the start and end of your visit. You just have to enjoy your trip.
Experienced Team: We provide all the necessary personnel, all highly skilled, experienced, and with extensive local knowledge and contacts, so you can be sure that you are in safe hands.
Food & Accommodation: Based on the adventure activity and its terrain and duration, HCA makes all necessary arrangements for food and accommodation for the duration of the trip, including mess tents, cooking stoves and fuel, food and water supplies, utensils, sleeping tents, ground sheets, sleeping bags, toilet tents, etc. At times, such arrangements may be made in partnership with local residents at the destination or on the route. And if the clients want, HCA can also arrange for homestays and traditional meals with local families in various parts of the Himalayan region, as part of the experience.
Professional Grade Equipment: All our adventure equipment and hardware is best-in-class and of internationally accepted professional standards. We use the best, and we maintain it well. We don’t compromise on quality, so that you don’t have to compromise on safety. You just focus on fun!
Safety Gear: HCA is well equipped with an inventory of safety gear like harnesses, helmets, ropes and other hardware, headlamps / flashlights, life jackets, oxygen cylinders, breathing masks, etc, and appropriate equipment is provided based on the client’s itinerary.
First Aid: The trip leader and key members of the support team are equipped with a First Aid kit, and can administer Emergency First Responder level care and basic medication.
